For Shopify stores
Customer email for Shopify stores, with every reply drafted
Corresso is a shared inbox for a Shopify store's support email. The customer's orders sit beside each email, sent by your store, and every reply arrives drafted from your own policies — for someone on your team to check and send.

The email a Shopify store gets most
Most customer email to a small store is the same few questions: where is my order, can I return this, it arrived damaged, can I change my address. Each answer needs two things — what your policy says, and what happened to this customer's order. Corresso puts both in front of the person answering.
Your policy, in the draft
Point Corresso at your store and it reads your shipping, returns and FAQ pages — the policies you keep under Settings → Policies in Shopify, at addresses like /policies/refund-policy. Nothing is used until someone on your team approves it. After that, every fact in a draft cites the policy it came from, so the person sending can check it in one click.
The order, beside the email
Connect your Shopify store and the customer's orders appear next to their email, matched by their address or by an order number they mention: what they bought, whether it's paid, whether it has shipped, and the tracking link. If an email mentions an order that belongs to a different customer, Corresso says so and shows nothing from it.
Order facts only by a person's click
An AI that types a tracking number from memory will sooner or later type the wrong one. So the model that writes drafts never sees your orders. Where a reply needs an order number, a tracking number, a tracking link or a ship date, the draft leaves a marked blank. The person answering fills it from the order with one click, and the draft can't be sent while a blank is left.
A person presses Send
Nothing leaves by itself: not on a timer, not by a rule, not in bulk. Someone on your team reads each reply and sends it, from your own address.
What a Shopify reply looks like
A customer writes: "I ordered a strap last week and it still hasn't come. Where is it?" The order beside the email shows it shipped two days ago. The draft reads:
Hi Ida,
Sorry it hasn't reached you yet. Orders leave us within 2 working days.shipping · v5
You can follow it here: Tracking link
Reply here if it still hasn't arrived and I'll look into it.
Sam
More replies like this one, for each shipping situation: where is my order? email replies.
How it compares
Helpdesks built for Shopify, such as Gorgias, cover chat, social and email and let an AI agent resolve conversations on its own, priced per ticket. Corresso does one thing — email — with one price for the whole team and a person behind every reply. See the comparison.
Questions people ask
- Does Corresso work with Shopify?
- Yes. Connect your store once and each customer's orders appear beside their email: items, payment status, fulfilment and tracking. You create two order webhooks in your Shopify admin, and Corresso shows you each step; past orders come in from Shopify's order export.
- Can Corresso refund, cancel or edit an order?
- No. Corresso installs no app and has no access to your Shopify admin: it only receives the orders your webhooks send. Refunds, cancellations and address changes stay in your Shopify admin, where the money and the permissions already are.
- Does the AI see my customers' orders?
- No. The model that writes drafts never receives order data. When a reply needs a tracking number or a ship date, the draft leaves a blank, and the person answering fills it from the order with one click.
- Which orders can it see?
- Every order placed or changed after you connect, which your webhooks send, and the past orders you bring in from Shopify's order export. Corresso keeps them encrypted and deletes each one two years after it was placed, and all of them if you disconnect.
- Do I need to move my support email?
- No. You add one forwarding rule to the address you already use, and replies go out from that same address through your own Google account or mail server.
- What does it cost?
- $75 a month for your whole team, with 433 conversations included and $0.20 for each one past that, up to a limit you set. There's no per-seat fee, and the first 14 days are free: you add a card to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
